See your progress in a glance
Set your personal goal in the Human settings and use our Watch glance to see your progress in a blink. The glance will show your activity for today and pushes you to reach your Daily 30, 60, or 90. Open the Watch app from straight from the glance screen for more details.

Build a streak to unlock beautiful theme packs for the iPhone and Watch. We'll show you inspiring new images every day. Customize your own clubs with a great background image.
Smart nudges
Sitting can have a very negative impact on your health. Human's smart activity tracking on the iPhone automatically detects when you've been sitting too long and will send you a gentle nudge to remind you to stretch your legs during the day. These reminders work on both the iPhone and Apple Watch and can be set to your own preferred interval, offering a smarter alternative to the built-in functionality of the Apple Watch.

Human on the Apple Watch shows you the most important real-time stats for today. When you run Human on your Watch, you can use Hand-off to switch to Human on your iPhone for more details about your day or clubs. The Human icon will show up on your iPhone lock screen (bottom left) to launch Human quickly and get a complete picture of your day.
Japanese & simplified Chinese
Human 5 is available in English, Japanese, and Chinese (simplified). We're excited to make Human even more personal for our users in Japan and China and we hope to add other languages soon.
